Veterinary Rapid Test Kits
Caring For Our Furry Friends, One Test At A Time With Veterinary Diagnostic Tests Veterinary diagnostic tests are medical devices used to diagnose and monitor animal health conditions. These in vitro diagnostic rapid test kits play a critical role in the early detection and prevention of animal diseases and infections, allowing veterinary professionals to provide appropriate treatment and care to their patients.
Digestive System Pathogens Tests
Digestive system pathogen tests are laboratory tests that detect the presence of gastrointestinal pathogens in a patient's stool or vomit samples. These include viruses (such as norovirus and rotavirus), bacteria (such as campylobacter and salmonella), and parasites (such as giardia and cryptosporidium). Testing helps in proper diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of such infections. Tests involve techniques like culture, PCR, or antigen detection to identify the specific pathogen causing the infection.
Other Veterinary Diagnostic Tests
It mainly includes the Toxoplasma IgG/IgM test, which is a blood test that detects the presence of immunoglobulin G (IgG) and immunoglobulin M (IgM) antibodies against the parasite Toxoplasma gondii. It helps diagnose a current or past infection of Toxoplasma gondii, which can cause toxoplasmosis, a disease that may be asymptomatic or cause flu-like symptoms, fever, or even serious complications in individuals with compromised immune systems.
Kidney Fuction Tests
They measure the levels of specific markers in a patient's blood indicating the possibility of renal injury due to diabetes. These markers include albumin and creatinine. The test is based on the principle of fluorescence and is utilized to diagnose and monitor diabetic kidney disease, evaluate disease progression, and to assess the efficacy of treatments for the condition.
Drug Test Strips for Urine
Similar to dipstick tests, these strips are used to detect the presence of a single drug or a combination of drugs in urine samples.

Fecal Occult Blood Tests
Fecal occult blood tests (FOBTs) are diagnostic tests used to detect blood in a patient's stool sample that is not visible to the naked eye. FOBTs are commonly used to screen for colorectal cancer and other gastrointestinal conditions that cause bleeding. The tests are noninvasive, easy to perform, and provide rapid results. FOBTs can be done by collecting a sample at home or at the healthcare facility. There are two types of FOBTs: guaiac FOBT and fecal immunochemical test (FIT). An abnormal result will require further investigation by a healthcare provider.
Procalcitonin (PCT) Tests
Procalcitonin (PCT) tests are used to measure the level of PCT in the blood. PCT is a protein that is produced in response to bacterial infections. Elevated levels of PCT may indicate the presence of a bacterial infection, while low levels may indicate a viral infection or no infection at all. PCT tests are commonly used in the diagnosis and management of sepsis and other bacterial infections.
